I got this error today and I'm very irked by the chicken-and-egg nature of it. I'm literally just starting to try and create an app to access commerce orders - so how can I possibly make my app 'live' when I haven't even started it. What is development mode for? For this section: "In case of permissions, your app must be live and have approved permissions for accessing regular shop"
